Near the top of the mountain the man who developed the resort built a temple. It was very interesting, but I could not help but compare it with a Disneyland sort of theme. This all became clear when we got to the top of the mountain. The resort was a sort of Disneyland. There are numerous hotel,s an inside and an outside theme park, a shopping mall and a couple of casinos (the only ones in Malaysia).
We had a good look around and a nice lunch. No, we didn't go on any of the rides, but Anne was tempted (ha!). As you can see from the photos we were right up in the clouds. The weather was much cooler there and we needed jackets for the first time on the trip.

On the way back down the mountain we stopped at a mushroom farm. Very differnt from what I expected.
We are going to another family's home tonight for diner and a private study. Tomorrow it is off by train to Singapore for a week, then we come back to K.L. for the last week of the trip.
That's about all for now. Pray for us.
