Monday 4th May.
Anne and I had to get up early this morning to make our fight to Tanzania, by early I mean 2 a.m.! Jamie was wonderful and took us to the airport where everything went very well and by 6 a.m. we were in the air and heading for Dubai. It was a long ten hours but very comfortable and we were well looked after. A quick turn around in Dubai and we were on our way to Kenya. The plan was for us to over-night in Nairobi and then fly out early the next morning. Arrangements had been made with the Mennonite Guest House and they sent a taxi to pick us up. We arrived at the Guest house at about 9 p.m. local time and just fell into bed – we were exhausted! We had been on the move for about 22 hours and we were ready for bed.
